About a year ago there appeared a small hole in the arm of our sofa (i think one of our boys stuck a pencil through it). Over time, and with three little monsters children, the hole got bigger & bigger until now it looks like this:



...well, as the hole got larger our youngest daughter (now 2 1/2 years old) decided that it was really fun to drop anything that would fit down in to the hole. Of course we told her to stop any time we caught her, but since we couldn't reach down to get the things out we never knew what she had put down there and she got smart enough to only do it when no one was looking.

Well today, she dropped her brother's DS Lite touch pen down there. Of course it was important enough for him to squeeze his arm in to get it out and when he felt all the other stuff down there he started to fish everything out...

All of this what came out of the sofa!



In all, about:

15 magic markers
7 ball point pens
18 toothbrushes
22 pencils
16 batteries
6 forks & spoons
5 chopsticks
8 tubes of paint
3 drumsticks
2 socks
3 10 yen coins
1 handkerchief
and lots of assorted garbage, tissues, wrappers, etc.



DAMN!! That's a lot of stuff. I have always wondered why my wife was always buying new toothbrushes...

１年ほど前に穴が空いたソファ。
日に日に大きくなる穴に・・・
２歳半の末娘怪獣が1年かけて何でもかんでもつっこんで・・・
というお話でした。
そう言えば、歯ブラシと鉛筆は、何度も何度も買いに行ってましたよ・・・・。
「あんたたち！又学校に忘れてきたね！！」なんつって長男次男叱りながらね・・・
