Hawaiiから帰って来て　「マジ熱いーーーーっ」　＆体がだるいMr. Celayaです。

Well... we're baaaaaaaack.
One day late and a little bit jet-lagged, but safe, sound and very happy.
Despite (or probably because of) having such a small group, I think this
was possibly the best tour that I have had in 7 years. The "best" in the
amount that everyone's English improved and the way that each student
grew and matured during this short time (having that free extra day at the
end sure helped too). I'm so happy and satisfied with years trip

帰って来ましたよ～！
一日遅れで、ちょっとだけ時差ボケがあるものの、無事にハッピーに２２日、帰国しました。
今回は少人数だったと言うこともあり、７年間やっているプログラムの中でも
もしかして、一番の出来かもしれません。
みんなの「英語力の進歩」もビックリしましたが、
とにかく、「精神的な成長」には本当に本当に感心しました。
我ながら、とても満足のいくプログラムで嬉しく思っています。


The final "official" day of our tour was Friday the 17th. Of course the weather was beautiful, so four of us went to the beach, while the other two did some
final shopping.

予定では最後の日のはずだった日、8/17（金）。
空はもちろん快晴
２人は最後のショッピングに出かけ、
ボクも含め、４人はビーチに





The water was a little cold when we first got in,

始め水がちょっと冷たかったんですが



but it felt great after we got used to it. It was cold getting out too, but we got a great idea of how to warm up in the hot sand from this little girl.

だんだんなれていくうちに平気になりました。
でも、海から出るとやっぱり寒くて・・・

そんな時にちっちゃな女の子にgood ideaをもらいました。
ほ～ら、こうして熱い砂の中であったまればいいんだね！！



In the evening we had our Graduation & Farewell party, a pot-luck dinner

夕方から、卒業式＆お別れパーティ＆ポットラック（持ち寄り）パーティがありました。



followed by the students' hula and speech presentations,

いつものように、生徒のフラダンス、そして、Thank you スピーチです。



and the passing out of their completion certificates.

そして、修了証をもらいました♪



This was followed by lots of hugs and tears as the girls thanked their
teacher, Dawn, as well as their host families. The crying got so bad after a while that I had go around reminding everyone that

たくさんのハグとたくさんの涙で
Dawn先生はじめ、ホストファミリーの方々にお礼をしました。
そうするうちにどんどんどんどん更に悲しくなってきて・・
大泣きするガールズ軍団。。。。。

で、ボクは言いました。


えーーと・・・
みんな・・・・・

"It's only Friday!
You still have two more days with yor families!!"

今日は金曜日！
まだあと２日間もファミリーと過ごせるんですけど！！
